The Clinic's History and Philosophy

The Clinic first opened in 1987 and has been providing chiropractic and other services ever since and now - still under its founder, Mark Chippendale - it has undergone a recent total refurbishment and re-equipping.

The current clinical team comprises not just chiropractors, Ben Harris and James Birdseye but also reflexologist Christine Lambert, homoeopath Rupinder Dhillon and rehab therapist Deborah Saunders. So a very wide range of conditions indeed can be catered for in the greatest comfort.

The new facilities include a state-of-the-art digital x-ray set-up and also a comprehensive range of physiotherapy modalities (including ultrasound and interferential therapy).

Mark's driving principle has always been to provide each patient with the best possible options to help their condition. He says, "We have a great deal to offer so many patients but, even so, no-one has a monopoly on success. We want to achieve whatever is best for each patient and whether we can do it ourselves or by calling on other experts, it doesn't matter. At the end of the day getting people the best possible results is the most satisfying experience as a practitioner and also happens to be the best possible advert for the clinic."
